Product Description
This ZJ-series slurry pump has the features of stable operation,
small vibration, small hydraulic loss, high efficiency, light
weight, simple structure and easy maintenance. They are mainly used
for pipe jacking system, sand suction gravel, blast furnace slag
transportation, ore,mining, etc.
It is designed for continuous working of transferring aggressive
slurry with a wide particle size, so that the cost will reduced.
The large internal space of the casing associated velocities, then
further increasing service life. It is used to transport mud in
mining, explosive sludge in metal melting, dredgers and mud in
rivers and other fields.
Details
Impeller:• Closed type Impeller: high abrasive resistance, and high
efficiency.
• Open type Impeller: the ability of pass is high. When deliver the
dirty material, the pump need clear often, this type makes the
clear work easily.
Seal Type:Double sealed with V-ring protected lip seal to ensure reliable
operation.
Heavy Duty Shaft: Designed for tough services. High power transmission design with
reduced impeller overhang for minimum shaft deflection and a
maximum pump life.
Bearings: Heavy duty grease lubricated bearings in a sealed cartridge
designed for maximum bearing life. Double bearing arrange-ments
available.
